all dressed bagel breakfast

- 4 All Dressed bagels slightly toasted
- 4 eggs cooked sunny side up, with salt and pepper
- 4 slices Gruyere cheese
- 1 tomato thinly sliced
- 4 leaves Boston lettuce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 8 slices smokey bacon cooked crisp
Gianfranco and I love going to Mont Tremblant for the week end, there is something calming about it. We enjoy hiking up the mountain, eating dinner in the village and shopping at the local shops. My favorite part is testing recipes!
This is Gianfranco`s favorite breakfast item and he insisted it go up on the website! I hope you all enjoy it as much as he did.
Slice the bagel in half and toast slightly. Line up the bagels and start building it. Layer the Gruyère cheese, egg, tomato, 1 tbsp of mayonnaise, the lettuce and the bacon. Serve with a side of sliced cherry tomatoes and fresh fruit...delicious!
