In a bowl toss together the asparagus, olive oil, chives, lemon zest, parmigiano reggiano and black pepper. Divide the mixture into 5 bunches. Line 2 slices of prosciutto one on top of each other, place the bunch of asparagus on top and wrap.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the asparagus on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the asparagus is cooked.
